On Sunday November 19, ICS was proud to have three employees recognized by the Staten Island Not for Profit Association its annual Community Service Awards Ceremony held at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Priyanga Iddamalgoda, Maureen Tuppatsch and Jeremy Zilinski were among the 24 well-deserving honorees, and were nominated by their coworkers and ICS management for the recognition.
Here’s a bit about Priyanga, Maureen and Jeremy:
Priyanga Iddamalgoda – Integration Charter Schools
Priyanga Iddamalgoda is the director of finance for the newly integrated charter schools of Staten Island. She leads the financial team and has provided the corporation with insightful financial advice as well as helping John W. Lavelle Prep and New Ventures Charter School to become cornerstones of education on Staten Island since 2012.
Maureen Tuppatsch – Integration Charter Schools
Maureen Tuppatsch is the food service manager at Integration Charter Schools and oversees all the meal services for the John W. Lavelle Prep and New Venture Charter Schools. Before her service, she served as a compliance associate at an investment banking firm for nearly 12 years.
Jeremy Zilinski – Integrated Charter Schools
Jeremy Zilinski joined the Integration Charter Schools organization in 2012 as a part-time security guard at Lavelle Prep. His role expanded and he was promoted to the head of security. His current position, critical to the daily operations and functioning of Integrated Charter Schools, is focused on supervising all security and faculty staff while working to ensure all facility work in Lavelle Prep, Upper and Elementary, along with New Ventures, is performed in a professional and safe manner.
Congratulations! We are very proud of you and are so thankful for your contributions to ICS and its mission.
