Lavelle Prep Students Create Song In Honor Of Walk Out

Lavelle Prep High School students in Mr. Fackrell’s music class wrote and performed this song entitled “The Truth: We Need Change Now,” in honor of today’s National Walk Out. 

All Lavelle Prep and New Ventures students who wish to participate in the national walkout will have the opportunity to do so this morning at 10:00am. The walkout will last for 17 minutes, in honor and memorial of the 17 students who lost their lives in the tragic shooting one month ago at Marjory Stoneman Douglass High School in Parkland, Florida.
